What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking.
• It embeds no third-party content, maps, videos or social media widgets.
• It loads fonts and brand assets from its own server only.
• It has a contact form (see below) and no user accounts. Contact is also possible by email.

Hosting and access logs

The website is delivered as static files from a server operated for NUMEN by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany, located in Falkenstein, Germany. When you open a page, the web server records an access log entry containing your IP address, the time, the requested address, the referring address if your browser sends one, your browser identification and the response status.

These entries are used to operate the website securely and to diagnose faults. They are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.

Contact by email

If you write to contact@numen.health, we process your email address, the subject you choose and the content of your message to answer your enquiry. Email is received through the mail provider Proton AG, Switzerland. Messages are kept as long as the conversation requires and are then deleted.

Please do not send health records or sensitive personal medical information. NUMEN does not provide individual treatment advice through this channel.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, organisation if given, the subject you choose and your message to answer your enquiry. The message is transmitted through the email delivery service Resend (Resend Inc., USA) to our mailbox. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of messages per connection and is not stored with your message. Messages are kept as long as the conversation requires and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask which personal data about you we hold, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@numen.health.

Changes

This notice is updated whenever the website's data processing changes.
